Fresh Rhubarb Liqueur

A fruity Champagne cocktail, with notes of red fruit, bright citrus, and subtle star anise.

Ingredients:
- 3 muddled Strawberries
- 1.25 oz Sheringham Fresh Rhubarb Liqueur
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz 1-1 Simple Syrup
- 3 oz Champagne
Method:
Add all ingredients into shaker tin, reserving the Champagne for last. Muddle strawberries, add ice, shake, and double strain into a Champagne flute. Top with chilled Champagne. Garnish with rose petals and a chocolate covered strawberry.
